There is lots of things to do in Poreč. It's a lovely town with strong italian influence and the food is amazing. The access to the sea is sometimes difficult, so you need to pick the right spot. There is always something to do, so you will not get bored.

It's easy to walk round Porec - though it's a bit of a maze, so if you see something you like in a shop buy it there and then, or you might not find the shop again! We went on an evening boat trip with the company Monvi Tours - this was excellent - very friendly staff, and we even saw dolphins! We'd also recommend the Barolin Wine and Cheese Bar on Nikola Tesla street - for delicious Malvazija wine and a good range of fabulous Istrian cheeses. And excellent Istrian olive oil.

City Poreč is so beautifull city, and so diversable.
City Poreč is so beautifull city, and so diversable. You can have sporty vacation for all the beautiful with bike lanes between Green ian Blue Lagoon, so many walking paths under pine trees, numberous activities. You can be at the beach with lots of activities and loud music, or you can quickly find a quiet privat peace of beach, it really offers you what your heart desires. For the best local food experiance, I suggest Bacchus Vinoteka, in the old part of town.

Our initial impression was negative.
Our initial impression was negative. So much traffic and tourists, and a lot of industry put us off. But the old town blew us away! So full of character, ambience and history. Highly recommended, even if it's just for a day trip.

The restaurants provide little diversity of dishes
The restaurants provide little diversity of dishes
The is surely another way to prepare fish other then on a grill and served with washed out blitva and its not cheap either - low value for money
The shops sell cheap goods and clothing
The overpolulated icecream vendors and lack of healthy alternative
The waiters callling out for customers is ugly
Overall food and accomodation far too expensive relative to quality provided
Poor public WC facilities near city beaches considering tourist population

Beautifull little town with vibrant atmosphere.
Beautifull little town with vibrant atmosphere. The beaches were absolutely well organized and well taken care off. But everything is extremely overpriced and very expensive in compare with the previous year.
I have nothing but good things to say about Aparthotel Adeo. My favorite thing was the small bottles of award-winning cherry and honey rakija as welcoming gifts. Very thoughtful!
I stayed in a Twin Room and it was on the smaller side but still spacious enough for 1-2 people.
The towels, bath robes, and slippers had uniform Aparthotel Adeo branding throughout — a very nice touch.
The reception desk staff was pleasant and made both check-in and check-out easy. Special shout-out to Andrej (?) for being so welcoming at the reception desk.
We liked the location, the setup of the resort, and the access to the beach. It was apparent that the meals for each buffet were thoughtout. The hotel provided good shows in the evening that were entertaining and relaxing. We really enjoyed the Elvis impersonator. It was fun and made for a good evening of good music. The parking was easy to get to and was accessible to the hotel guests. The distance from other areas we visited was great. We spent most of the time in the local area. The access to other hotels was nice.
The hosts are very good people and they are extremely dedicated to their guests. Very clean apartment on the peacefull location. Everything is close - 3-4 km to shopping area, and 4-5 km to Poreč... Very friendly location for guests with bicycles. Y highway is also very close with house location... Shortly - excellent experience and recommendation for all future guests. Our experience is better than all previous experiences comparated with accomondation in Greece and other location in Croatia and Montenegro.
It's a pleasure to give a review of the apartment offered by Nikolina.
I spent there an amazing family holiday, and it was a great experience. The apartment is very spacious and convenient, with 2 bedrooms, a big living room, and a relaxing terrace & balcony. Location-wise, it's nothing but perfect. In 10 minute walk you may easily access the old town of Porec. And Nikolina is a very kind & attentive host.
Highly recommended, even for a longer stay!
The room was suitable for a 4 member family, with a king-size bed, and an extended couch for the kids (very comfortable). Nice view from the room - towards the pool. Very quiet, perfect variation of food both for breakfast and dinner. Room cleaned each day. Although the hotel was fully occupied, we did not have to wait for the food, was perfectly organized. Very close to the beach, even a sandy beach in the vicinity.
This is the kind of B&B I like. Nice, comfortable and very clean rooms, a good breakfast, and a personnal approach by the owner. Located just outside the busy center of Porec where it is quiet, but in a 5 minutes walk you're in the heart of the city. This was my first time in Croatia, and everything was really good: B&B, restaurants and the friendly people. I'll be back to discover more.
Apartment has an ideal location, is in a quiet neighbourhood, on a hill, has comfy beds so we slept likes babies, all four of us (two kids, my wife and I) :)
10 mins by car is amazing Bosja beach, on a micro peninsula, surrounded by olive tree plantations and oak tree forests. Easily accessible is also the Poreč north beach, like 5 mins by car at most, you can also walk there.
This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in Croatia!
The location is perfect - close to the beach, a nice walk away from the old town.
The apartment was impeccably clean, and with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee machine, we did not miss anything.
Parking is in front of the house, no probs at all.
And the two balconies, just perfect, perfect!
Villa Bori was a good choice for our stay in Istria region, the location allowed us to visit quite a few lovely towns and vineyards and also Porec where it's located was a great little, croatian town! What else we loved about the place?
Our huge tarrace, pet friendly atmosphere, freebies in the fridge, size of the room and bathroom + free parking place.
The hotel is located just a few steps away from the sea and the old town, in a fantastic location with parking facilities. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
Very good service and meal at the restaurant. Everyday cleaning. Very good location, the stop of the touristic train is very close, you can reach Porec easily. Good beach for kids and adults near the hotel Parentium. You can try wakeboarding, the station is just in front of the hotel.
good location
great view from balcony
great breakfast
staff very helpful
because we were staying at the Valamar we could get a ferry (free) over to an island which had another Valamar hotel. We also got free umbrella with 2 lounges right on the beach with fantastic swimming.
Such a cosy appartment, perfect location, everything we needed was available. Lori is a wonderful and kind host, the best we have ever had in Croatia! She arranged free parking very close to the appartment and gave us good advise on where to eat and go!
The apartment is great, modern, spacious and fully equipped. It is also spotlessly clean.
It is just near the sea and 5min walk to the center of Porec.
The owner is kind and helpful.
I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone!
Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. The hotel had great food and everyone should try omelet by Jela!
The beach was beautiful and short boat ride away.
This was our second time to stay at the hotel and it will not be the last.
A beautiful, comfortable villa with fantastic amenities. Stipan and Irena made us so welcome - and Irena’s freshly baked burek was the best possible introduction to Croatian cuisine. Hvala vam!
Clean apartments with everything you need for everyday life (+parking, grill). Quiet location near the beaches. You can have a great walk in 2 towns nearby (Porec Rovinj). Very nice hosts
Nice hotel close to beach and old town. Was nice to have a car park and great to be able to check in a but early.
Buffet dinner was pretty average but the breakfast was really good.
